Bill Pfeiffer is the founding member of the Pfeiffer Law Group, LLC. He received his undergraduate degree while a collegiate baseball player at the University of North Carolina, Asheville and obtained his law degree from Florida State University College of Law. He has been admitted in good standing to the Florida Bar since 1991.
Over the past 25 years, Mr. Pfeiffer’s extensive legal experience has been focused in the areas of business, governmental and administrative law. He’s been actively engaged in the strategic representation of many diverse clients before the Legislative, Executive and Judicial branches including Vacation Realty Solutions, Verizon, Forbes Hutton Financial, Sprint, Equitas, Convergys, Tenet Health Care, Aegis Corp., Ameris Health, International Speedway Corp., Midway Ford, Classic Nissan, Banyan Construction and Development Co., Griffin Holdings, Monroe County, City of Delray Beach, City of Lauderdale, Tel-Sweeps, LLC, Val-Pak, Panhandle Plus Properties, American Gaming Systems and Crowder-Gulf Inc.
He’s been a key policy and political strategist for various elected officials. He maintains trusted and seasoned relationships with Legislative and Executive branch leadership and staff and has over 20 years experience strategizing and advocating various issues in Florida and Washington, D.C
He has been admitted and is a member in good standing of the Bars of the Supreme Court of Florida, the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, and the United States District Court, Northern District of Florida. Bill has tried approximately 50 state and federal jury trials and has presided as an Administrative Law Judge over 100 trials. He has taught various law and political courses at Florida State University.
On a personal level, Bill is married to Kelly Pfeiffer, and together they are raising 5 beautiful children.
